Manager- Credit Administration-Processing (Kuwaiti Nationals)

• Review the Set-Up form of Limits (New, renewal & deletion, Extension) &validate processed entries in ICBS.
• Review the ‘Set-Up form of limits (i.e. Money Market & Foreign Currency lines) & validate processed entries in Spectrum.
• Review ‘Set-Up / Update of Special Pricing / Management remarks in ICBS.
• Review of Rollover of Foreign Currency Loans & update interest rates in ICBS.
• Validate processed entries of Re-allocation of Limits in systems.
• Preparing required transactions for off loaded loan which involves suspense accounts.
• Review the updated entry related to Economic Sector codes.
• Review the updated entry related to Account officers.
• Validate the updated entries of collateral in the system.
• Preparation of MIS reporting (Report showing the amount of work done per day) all processed transactions are checked and verified.
• Performing other tasks as required.
• Train and guide the clerks to the work procedures.
• Leads and manages Department in consulting, security support & communication, product & application management and process compliance.
• Creates, maintains and implements information security strategy, plans and policies in order to ensure high quality information assurance and meet customer & regulatory requirements.
• Act as a central point of contact when it comes to all communications dealing with information security problems, issues and concerns.
• Defines and establishes security code of conduct for all personnel and promote security culture.
• Sees to any additional request made by Division Head or Executive
