Assistant Manager- Credit Administration - Collateral (Kuwaiti Nationals)

Job Description

-Generate and execute collateral documentation.

-Conduct collateral review and research collateral ownership and descriptions accurately.

-Arrange for registration of collateral in the Bank name by the concerned jurisdiction.

-Prepare Collateral Assessment Documents in accordance with the Bank standards Collateral Review Manual.

-Arrange for certifying Bank’s rights in pledged security/collateral and as typically determined by local laws.

-Safe-keep the collateral documents in secure fire-proof facilities and update related records.

-Arrange for necessary signature approvals documents governed by local law which create mortgage or a lien.

-Ensure subject matter collateral is not subjected to any unexpected liabilities.

 

Skills

-Effective adherence to credit limits in line with Policy and Procedures.

-Adherence to collateral, assignment and collateral evaluation standards.

-Accuracy in analyzing supporting documents.

-Maintenance and management of collateral, contract assignment and limit systems.

-High quality, impactful reporting to internal stakeholders including management and credit committees.
