Purpose:
- The Branch Representative will welcome customers who visits CBK Branches, answering queries & providing assistance while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming & greeting customers visiting CBK Branches.
- Identifying & assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Giving directions to customers & guiding them.
- Answering general inquiries about the bank’s products & services.
- Guiding customers through CBK Mobile Application & Online Banking self-service features.
Skills
- Arabic is a must & Intermediate English is required.
- Communication Skills.
- Efficient time management.
- Learning enabled & adaptable to frequent change.
- Team player.
