- Identify customer's needs and refers them to appropriate branch relationship officer.
- Answer questions and provide guidance to branch's customers regarding bank products/services and policies.
- Research and address customer' inquiries regarding specific transactions.
- Responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs.
- Provide information on banking fees, or electronic banking,
- Resolving day to day service issues for bank's customers.
- Make follow up calls to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collect customer information for use in marketing.
- Provide information and step by step instructions for using the Bank's services.
