Job Description
- Attend before the courts of all degrees, receive the court rulings and register them on the court’s file.
- Attend before Public Prosecution in all matters relating to the Bank.
- Present the new legal cases reviewed before the courts and others to the legal Advisor.
- Follow up legal notices and execution thereof to overcome any related problems with the respective departments such as Execution Dept., Ministry of Justice.
- Receive Powers of Attorney issued abroad to approve payment there under.
- Any other tasks/assignments.
