Job Description
-Perform periodic review of all risk policies / risk taxonomy / relevant bye-laws in a timely manner by incorporating new changes in regulations / value additions.
-Prepare new risk policies if required based on the functional requirements.
-Perform the analytical functions with respect to the impact of policy changes / updation on key risk metrics.
-Liaise with other divisions to ensure formalization of policies and procedures.
-Participate in new ERM related projects like IBOR / ESG / Basel IV, etc.
-Assist the Secretary to ALCO / CIC (AGM – ERM) for investment items by organizing periodic meetings by sending agenda items, noting minutes, etc ensuring compliance with respective byelaws.
-Study the agenda items of the ALCO / CIC for investment items and engage in preparation of key notes of the same and discuss the same with Secretary to ALCO / CIC (AGM – ERM).
-Assists other units in ERM, as and when required as a backup.
Skills
-Strong observation skills, reading skills, policy drafting skills.
-Good understanding of Basel Regulations / Central Bank regulations.
