MIS Analyst

Strategy

• Monitors the implementation of short-term and long-term Divisional strategy
• Evaluates employee achievement and reviews and update set goals periodically

Budgeting and Financial Management

• Ensures Division’s compliance with set Budget

Operational Duties

• Supports Department in creating MIS solutions.
• Analyzes, designs, programs and maintains Information Systems and peripherals.
• Prepares Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Reports for Corporate Banking Group Senior Management team as needed.
• Design and development of multiple related reports to monitor portfolio performance such as customer conduct, profitability, performance and early warning signals….etc
• Collects and analyzes data in order to develop logical solutions to complex computer application problems.
• Improve and maintain CBD officers Performance Balance Scorecard reports based on the set parameters.
• Assists in preparing financial and non-financial budgets.
• Sees to any additional request made by Senior Management.

Documentation and Reporting

• Collects, stores and maintains relative data ensuring accurate documentation of information
• Reviews all submitted analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Policies and Procedures

• Aides in the formulation and review of Division policies and procedures
• Coordinates for the effective and efficient application of Divisional policies and procedures.

Auditing and Review

• Identifies and corrects data discrepancies, ensuring the highest standards of data accuracy.

Education:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in IT, MIS  or Computer Science

Experience:

• Minimum: 3 years in a related field

Language and Computer Skills:

• Computer Skills: Advanced
• English Skills: Fluent
