Job Description
- Ensuring to apply bank policies and procedures in processing all types of transactions.
- Ensure no delay in process and no pending transaction remaining in the queue before leaving offices.
- Processing account closure requests received through Kiosk service.
- Processing Cheque book requests received through Kiosk service.
- Processing Fixed deposit received through Kiosk service
- Performing the Unsatisfactory account closure process as per Operation Administration request.
- Processing standing/covering instructions setup/Amend /cancellation requests received through Fx.webpage.
- Support other OPCU team in processing remittance requests.
Skills
Good communication skills – Arabic & English
-Good Team Player with ability to support different sections.
