Job Description
-Review all finance transaction applications and ensure full information are obtained.
-Ensure finances documentations are provided in compliance with approved credit decisions, financing policies and procedures and that they are within regulatory requirements.
-Complete, communicate and verify with customers any documentations, acknowledgments or disclosures required.
-Organize, coordinate and audit credit files for compliance with relationship thresholds and financing policy requirements.
-Review finance Agreements for completion and proper approval.
-Update customers financing Limits on the related systems.
-Provide day to day technical support in serving the credit teams.
-Ensure necessary arrangements for blocking or retaining any deposits, investments, trusts, insurance products or request for a mortgage documentation of any required collateral.
-Prepare entries for disbursement of finance amounts.
Skills
-Correct drafting of letters and documents
-Good document maintenance, effective retrieval

- Fluent in English and Arabic
