Job Description
-Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware, to maintain daily performance of computer systems.
-Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
-Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
-Gain feedback from users about computer usage.
-Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
-Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
-Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Skills
-Adequate understanding of Information Technology operations and networking issues.
-Good understanding of the Bank’s users needs and concerns.
Education
Computer Science or Related field
