Job Description
Strategy
- Abides by set strategy and objectives
Budgeting and Financial Management
- Complies with set Divisional Budget
Operational Duties
- Assists in the Supervisor administering of the Bank’s various social media accounts and creates, organizes and publishes relevant, original, high-quality content such as video, animation, graphics and posts
- Ensures advertising on social media reflects the latest Bank products, services, events and promotions, is consistent, as well as monitoring that the Bank’s corporate identity is maintained at all times
- Works towards building online reputation through garnering positive reviews
- Monitors and follows all client comments and suggestions, and provides feedback to Direct Line Manager for approval.
- Performs research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Tracks competitor Social Media campaigns in efforts to stay ahead and ensure Divisions’ efficiency and maximum impact
- Coordinates with Supervisor and Media agencies in regards to design, creation and management of promotions and Social ad campaigns.
- Sees to any additional request made by Division Head or DGM
Customer’ Relations Management (internal and/or external)
- Develops and maintains relationships with all stakeholders to ensure satisfaction with services provided
- Supports in the fulfillment of all Client requests and orders
Documentation and Reporting
- Collects, stores and maintains relative data ensuring accurate documentation of information
- Reviews all submitted analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Policies and Procedures
- Aides in the formulation and review of Division policies and procedures
- Coordinates for the effective and efficient application of Divisional policies and procedures.
Auditing and Review
- Identifies and corrects data discrepancies, insuring the highest standards of data accuracy.

Skills
Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in PR and Marketing or Media and Design
Experience:
- Minimum: 3 years in a related field
Accreditation:
- Digital Marketing with Udacity, Facebook Blueprint, Google Adwords, Flightschool preferred
Language and Computer Skills:
· English Skills: Fluent
· Arabic Skills: Fluent
