Job Description
-Provide support and assistance on operational related functions.
-Support branch staff and ensure proper servicing of banking needs for customers.
-Train branch staff in new or changed policies and procedures.
-Ensure line management and personnel awareness of discovered control issues.
-Identify potential process improvements to ensure achievement of branches performance.
-Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards and policies.
-Maintain CBK’s internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points.
-Review and handle the following issues a) cheque book request / KNET, b) Charity report c) Returned Cheques d) Travel Insurance e) dormant account reactivation control etc.
Skills
-Successful processing of transactions and requests
-Accuracy in documentation and inputting
-Effective response to requests for information
-Good engagement with branch staff
-Early identification of control issues and good escalation
