Job Description
· Assisting branch customers through video calls. · Accurately and efficiently process transactions such as Customers deposit checks through KECCS software following all the related regulations. · Assist customers by opening new accounts, informing them about Commercial bank’s products, and making sure that their documents are complete. · Manage customers’ cards (Activate and Deactivate) through KIOSK. · Making sure that branch customer’s requests/ inquiries are handled fully in a quality manner. |

- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personalities.
- Good in both English & Arabic (written & verbal).
