Job Description
-Provides a friendly, welcoming, professional and warm environment for all incoming Premier Customers and implements an efficient, but warm method to identifying and assessing their needs and requirements.
-Notes down all requirements that are currently not being addressed by current Bank Products and Services and forwards said concerns to Head of Branch Sales Department.
-Provides all required Banking needs for Premier Customers and processes all Premier Account transactions including opening Accounts, maintaining existing Accounts, and closing Accounts, and if unable, directs to the appropriate Department, Service Desk or Processing Area.
-Provides brochures and addresses inquiries on Bank Products and Services, ensuring being up to date with all current marketing campaigns and said Products and Services.
-Coordinates with various Retail Departments to manage the total wealth of the Premier Customers by matching the Bank’s current financial and investment Product and Services solutions to their financial needs.
