Job Description
-Supervises subordinate support for all litigation work, including their contributions in all aspects of legal research, discovery, depositions, motion practice, brief writing, trial work, appellate work, and amicus briefings.
-Is able to develop and maintain own litigation caseload, while monitoring and advising on the caseload of subordinates.
-Assists in reviewing pleadings, briefs, letters, presentations, and other legal work product.
-Helps maintain the tool/vehicle that tracks work and prepares Monthly/Quarterly reports for Executive Management and BOD.
-Assists in handling, reviewing, and preparing litigation work for transactional documents including purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, credit agreements, and associated ancillary documents.
-Facilitates and coordinates in the transactional closing process from the initial filing to closing.
-Supports and supervises, as requested, any current or potential conflict the Bank has, including:
- Risk assessment
- Crisis situation management
- Disciplinary procedures before local Legislative Bodies (or coordinating with the International Law Department in cases that are beyond local Courts).
- Settlement of conflicts, whether through mediation or in Court

Education
Preferably Law, focusing on Corporate or International Law
