Job Description
-Collaborates with concerned parties towards setting Division long and short term goals ensuring compliance .
-Cascades down Divisional strategy to employees ensuring individual alignment with Divisional goals, operations objectives, and quality standards.
-Reviews all financial reports and other performance data to determine areas needing cost reduction and/or process improvement.
-Ensure proper generation and execution of collateral documentation.
-Oversee the collateral review process.
-Ensure accurate registration of collateral in the Bank name by the concerned jurisdiction.
-Ensure Collateral Assessment Documents are prepared in accordance with the Bank standards Collateral Review Manual.
-Address and escalate emerging risk trends in the collateral documentations.
-Ensure side inspection of the proposed collateral is conducted whenever required.
-Ensure proper Bank’s rights in pledged security/collateral and as typically determined by local laws.
-Ensure all collateral documents are safe-kept in secure fire-proof facilities.
Skills
-Effective adherence to credit limits in line with Policy and Procedures
-Adherence to collateral, assignment and collateral evaluation standards
-Maintenance and management of collateral, contract assignment and limit systems
-High quality, impactful reporting to internal stakeholders including management and credit committees
